WHISPERS REGARDING THE SITUATION ON OUR BORDER

1.Around last March I had a whisper about “Lazarus at the gate.” The image was from the story of the rich man who had plenty to eat and felt secure while a poor man sat just outside the gate in hunger and in serious danger as the result of a disease that was racking his body. The rich man was oblivious and unconcerned about Lazarus plight and later faced the serious implications of his concern in the hereafter. The Lord was convicting me that I could not ignore the tragedy of the violence occurring across the border. I was told that I must go and use my influence in whatever way I could to charge the darkness. I was told that I would be in danger but I would not be harmed.

2.Before our June visit to the river I had another whisper related directly to prayer for Mexico. In it I saw the Rio Grande turn to blood. As I considered the interpretation I felt that the Lord was speaking about His desire in a spiritual sense to drive away the spirit of death in the symbolic way that the blood on the door posts during Passover caused the angel of death to pass over. The application seemed to be that the united prayers of believers from across the border would make a significant difference in pushing back the work and influence of demon spirits operating to encourage the violence.

3.The recent word 8/30/11

O Mexico I will heal your wounds. I am sending rivers of healing oil (the balm of Gilead) across the borders. I say to my border flock I am your protection. The border can’t protect you, immigration policy can’t protect you, weapons, armies, and guards aren’t your protection, I am your protection.

I have called you to charge the darkness. If you don’t go to charge the darkness with my love the darkness will come here. Your destinies America and Mexico are not separate they are linked together. Evil cannot be contained it must be overwhelmed with good (prayer-compassion-faith-mercy). I want to flood the border and all of Mexico with light, overwhelm it with a tsunami of mercy.

HFTW, I have called you to build ditches for my river to flow. I am calling you to open doors into pockets of pain, darkness, and hurt and as you do, My mighty river will flow. I am going to do something mighty in your day that no human institution can accomplish. It will be a work in the heart. Like never before Mexican people will turn to me, they will no longer look to the North for hope of provision but to Me as their source. There will be a move against corruption, greed, violence and the forces that have provided a platform for this violence to exist. I am making the sins of corruption so nauseating, such a stench in their nostrils that their hearts will turn against these things in such force that structures of evil will begin to collapse from within.

Quickly build the ditches because my healing anointing is ready to flow like never before. I am eager to bring my presence to restore the lives of many. I have many laborers, resources, tools, and ministries of encouragement to bring. It will be a work bigger than any can imagine, I am just going to use you along with many others to open doors. The day will come soon that people will come from across America and around the world to Mexico like never before but not just to help the poor but to receive from the wealth of the spiritual revival in Mexico. Our Juarez/El Paso border will be a strategic entry point for this. I am even going to bring economic revival to Mexico and to the border region. I will be made famous for how I supply my people’s needs according to My riches in glory. Nations will come to invest and be blessed.

I am creating true partnership with the Mexican church. I am breaking the hurt and pain of the past where exploitation and dishonest opportunism marred the relationship between countries. No more will there be the plague of paternalistic expectation, but true partnership and true unity and equality at the foot of the cross.

It is right to lift the arms of my pastors, as you lift them up revival will come. It is right to show extreme generosity and compassion for the widow, widower, orphaned, and grieving. My Spirit will flow through compassion and partnership. It is right to bring focus to the young. Yes the time will come that there will not be buildings big enough to host the gatherings of young people in revival. Power evangelism, signs and wonders will break out and my young people will be at the middle of it. I will bring the high and lofty down and exalt the lowly. Soon those heroes who have been criminals will be replaced in the minds of the people with spiritual heroes who are being mightily used to bring honor to My name. The tide is turning, the warfare is almost ended, comfort and encourage My people.
